Terms of Service
These Terms govern access to and use of Emergi by customers requesting service, providers onboarding and accepting work, and administrators or operators managing platform activity.
Platform scope
Emergi is a software platform for creating service requests, matching customers with providers, tracking request progress, exchanging messages, handling operational billing flows, and administering request activity. The platform may manage account approval, request lifecycle, payment events, refund or dispute review, and related operational workflows.
Accounts and eligibility
- You must provide accurate, current information when creating or using an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for activity under your account.
- Provider access may depend on onboarding, approval, document review, suspension status, service enablement, and platform rules.
- Admin and operator access may be restricted by role and operational permissions.
Requests, matching, and live operations
- Customers may create service requests by selecting a service type, issue type, and pickup location and by providing optional request details.
- The platform may offer, match, reassign, expire, cancel, or complete requests based on provider availability, request state, location freshness, operational rules, and system workflows.
- Request state, provider progress, ETA, and related activity may be shown in live dashboards and maps while a request is active.
- Closing a browser tab, logging out, or reconnecting may not automatically cancel an active request if the platform supports request-resume behavior.
Messaging and communications
The platform may provide customer/provider/admin messaging, notification delivery, and communication event tracking. You agree not to misuse these channels for spam, harassment, abuse, impersonation, or attempts to move transactions off-platform in violation of platform rules.
Payments, refunds, disputes, and payouts
- The platform may authorize, capture, refund, hold, release, or dispute charges according to request state, billing rules, and payment-processor requirements.
- Cancellation fees, minimum charges, review holds, refund timing, and payout timing may vary based on request status and platform policy.
- Providers may be subject to payout holds, dispute review, or administrative controls where required by platform operations or risk controls.
Provider onboarding and compliance
Provider use of Emergi may require account review, document upload, service enablement, and continued compliance with operational and safety rules. The platform may block, suspend, or limit provider access where documents, account status, risk controls, or platform policy require it.
Ratings, reviews, and issue reporting
Customers may submit provider ratings, review tags, comments, or completion-dispute reports after a request. These submissions may be stored and used for quality, trust, safety, or operational review.
Prohibited conduct
- No fraud, impersonation, false requests, payment abuse, or unauthorized account access.
- No harassment, threats, unsafe conduct, or misuse of messaging, location, or job-flow systems.
- No interference with request state, dispatch, matching, monitoring, billing, or admin tooling.
- No attempts to bypass platform controls, auditability, or payment-related enforcement rules.
Suspension and restriction
Emergi may suspend, block, or limit access where needed for safety, fraud prevention, policy enforcement, risk review, payment review, or operational integrity.
Availability and disclaimers
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Provider availability, matching success, ETA accuracy, network performance, messaging delivery, payment timing, and uninterrupted access are not guaranteed.
