Start an account-deletion request from the app. Requests are normally completed within 30 days. Emergi reviews active jobs, payouts, disputes, safety records, and legally required records before confirming completion by email.

- Emergi will not interrupt an active roadside job.
- We normally complete the request within 30 days and email you when processing is complete or if more information is required.
- Profile, credentials, documents, live-location data, and reusable device access are removed when deletion is completed.
- Payment, payout, tax, safety, dispute, fraud-prevention, and audit records may be retained when required.
