Delete your account

This public page is the deletion path for both the Emergi app and the web. Sign in to verify ownership, review what is removed, and permanently delete your customer account.

Removed when you delete

Your account credentials, profile, preferences, sessions, and saved vehicles.
Customer assistant history, ordinary messages, ratings, and reusable payment-method references.
Precise customer pickup and destination coordinates from retained completed-request records.
Your linked Supabase sign-in identity, stored customer avatar, and Stripe Customer record when present.

If an external service is temporarily unavailable, Emergi queues that cleanup for automatic retry; the deleted account cannot sign in during that retry.

Records that may be retained

Emergi may retain redacted transaction amounts and processor references, request status and provider-service facts, safety or dispute records, and pseudonymous fraud-prevention or legally required audit records.

Active roadside request?

Deletion is blocked while a request is searching, matched, en route, arrived, or in progress. Finish or cancel that request first so dispatch is not interrupted.
